WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for a
Senior Manager, Affiliate Marketing - Global who will define and lead DECIEM's global affiliate marketing strategy, transforming one of our fastest-growing revenue channels into a scalable, world-class commercial engine. You'll partner across Communications, Digital, E-commerce and Regional teams to build innovative affiliate programs, develop strategic partnerships, optimize commercial performance, and identify new opportunities that accelerate growth across our global skincare portfolio.
This is a hybrid role, based three days on-site in our
Toronto office.
PAY RANGEThe anticipated base salary for this position is $110,000 to $120,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE- Develop and own DECIEM's global affiliate marketing strategy, establishing the long-term vision, governance and roadmap for the channel.
- Drive commercial growth by optimizing affiliate performance, commission structures, promotional strategies and partner investment across global markets.
- Build and manage strategic relationships with leading affiliate platforms, publishers, creators and commercial partners to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Analyze affiliate performance data to uncover trends, identify growth opportunities and make informed commercial recommendations to senior leadership.
- Create scalable frameworks and best practices that empower regional teams while maintaining a consistent global strategy.
- Partner closely with Communications, Digital Marketing, Brand, E-commerce and Finance teams to deliver integrated affiliate campaigns that balance performance with brand equity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging affiliate technologies and new platforms, continuously evolving DECIEM's affiliate strategy in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Lead global reporting and KPI dashboards, providing clear insights into channel performance, revenue growth and return on investment.
- Influence affiliate content, conversion strategy and customer acquisition initiatives through data-driven testing and optimization.
- Mentor regional stakeholders and provide strategic guidance as the affiliate function continues to scale globally.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE- 7+ years of affiliate marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving meaningful revenue growth across global or multi-market businesses
- Deep expertise in affiliate marketing strategy, commercial partnerships, digital marketing and e-commerce performance
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, commission structures, forecasting and ROI optimization
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies
- Experience building relationships and negotiating with affiliate platforms, publishers, media partners or creator networks
- Experience within beauty, skincare or premium consumer brands is highly preferred
- A growth mindset with the curiosity to stay ahead of affiliate trends, emerging technologies and evolving consumer behaviours
