  • Create and evolve reusable experience frameworks, suites of parts, patterns, and behaviors that scale across programs while enabling meaningful brand differentiation.
  • Translate enterprise and Design-wide initiatives into UX priorities, standards, operating plans, governance, and execution frameworks for teams of teams.
  • Advise senior leadership and lead complex, multidimensional UX challenges through strategic thinking, data, governance, and compelling narratives that clarify tradeoffs and drive decisions.
  • Own strategic initiatives and KPIs tied to design quality, timing, integration, adoption, and enterprise experience outcomes while building organizational capability and developing future UX leaders.

  • Demonstrated experience building and leading teams, including other leaders, in high-ambiguity and high-visibility settings.
  • Strong understanding of software, product, design, engineering, and customer experience ecosystems, including how hardware and software combine to create cohesive experiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, UX, Product Design, Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
