About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Mainframe Systems Programmer to manage and support enterprise z/OS environments supporting critical financial services applications and infrastructure.
IMPORTANT NOTE - BFSI EXPERIENCE REQUIREDCandidates must have recent experience supporting enterprise mainframe infrastructure within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Payments, Capital Markets, or Wealth Management organizations.Candidates without BFSI industry experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities- Administer IBM z/OS environments.
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and patching.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and system availability.
- Support disaster recovery and business continuity initiatives.
- Manage RACF security administration.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and platform issues.
- Support development and production teams.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of z/OS Systems Programming experience.
- Expertise with z/OS, JES2, TSO/ISPF, and SMP/E.
- Experience with RACF administration.
- Strong understanding of enterprise mainframe environments.
- Experience supporting high-volume transaction systems.
