CACI has an immediate opening for a Senior Logistics Analyst (SLA) to provide Naval Forces Logistics (NFL) tasking support at Commander, Naval Surface Group, Middle Pacific (CNSG MIDPAC) located at Naval Base Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The SLA will provide Cannibalization (CANNAB) Casualty Report (CASREP) material/requisition expediting, tracking, reporting and technical support for CNSG MIDPAC ships.

Responsibilities: 

  • The SLA will be the primary N41 point of contact for CNSG MIDPAC CANNAB CASREP expediting.
  • Communicate with NAVSUP WSS Item Managers, DLA Land & Maritime Customer Account Specialists, Type Commander (TYCOM) Readiness Operations Center (ROC) and PACFLT SURFGRU’s on behalf of CNSG MIDPAC for expediting of critical material requirements, monitor CASREP requisition status, estimated shipping/delivery dates (ESD/EDD) and “Ship To” locations in PMO PRIME for accuracy and provide the PMO CDO and TYCOM ROC with updates as required.
  • Generate and monitor updated CASREP requisition status reports from PMO PRIME website for all CNSG MIDPAC ships.
  • Maintain a CANNAB tracker and attend weekly CASREP Burndown meetings with TYCOM ROC and CNSG MIDPAC ships.
  • Draft and send emails to ships, CNSG MIDPAC leadership and CNSP ROC on the status of all outstanding CANNAB requests, especially with no clear path.

Qualifications:  

  • Must have a current DoD SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related business discipline.
  • As a substitute for the degree, eight years of “hands-on” experience in a combination of automated supply/maintenance management may be utilized.
  • Training related to the “degree substitute” provided at Navy schools is considered “hands on” experience.
  • In addition to any experience that is substituted for education, the Senior Logistics Analyst must have eight years of experience with logistics, inventory management, financial management and the functionality NTCSS (R-Supply and OMMS-NG) systems.
  • Must have expert level knowledge with MS Office Suite products (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Possess strong verbal and writing skills to effectively prepare, update and brief daily reports.
