  • Manage opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract execution.
Market Development
  • Represent Hoffman at industry events, conferences, and professional associations.
  • Maintain and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities using HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Monitor industry trends, capital planning initiatives, and emerging market opportunities.

Strategic Partnership Development
  • Build relationships with Hoffman's strategic partners, including technology providers, consultants, lenders, developers, operators, equipment providers, and other organizations serving the senior living industry.
  • Create and grow referral partnerships that generate long-term business opportunities.
  • Identify and participate in thought leadership initiatives and industry collaboration opportunities.

  • Understanding of campus development, capital planning, or real estate strategy.
  • Demonstrated success generating opportunities through relationship-based business development rather than transactional sales.
