Responsibilities

We are seeking a Senior Systems Integrator to support mission-critical enterprise integration efforts across complex, cloud-based environments. This role is responsible for leading system-of-systems integration activities, ensuring end-to-end lifecycle support, and maintaining the integrity, performance, and scalability of enterprise solutions.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience integrating large-scale systems within government environments and can bridge architecture, engineering, and operations to deliver cohesive, secure, and high-performing solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead and support systems integration activities across enterprise environments to ensure timely and accurate mission delivery
  • Oversee integration across cloud services, infrastructure, and security domains, ensuring alignment and interoperability
  • Provide a total systems perspective, understanding technical dependencies, requirements, and cross-domain impacts
  • Support the planning, design, testing, implementation, and sustainment of integrated solutions across the system lifecycle
  • Develop and review engineering plans, installation strategies, and technical design packages
  • Guide and mentor junior and mid-level systems integrators while overseeing integration efforts across teams
  • Design and support DevSecOps pipelines, including integration of automated security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning)
  • Architect and govern CI/CD pipelines, including release automation, stage gating, and security controls (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration activities align with enterprise standards and mission priorities
  • Support enterprise integration engineering efforts across systems, segments, and organizations

Location: This position is fully onsite in either Chatilly or Springfield, VA

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or related STEM field
    • OR equivalent 12+ years' experience as a Systems Integratorcan be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 12+ years' experience integrating large, complex systems within government environments
  • Strong background working in system-of-systems or service-oriented/cloud-based architectures
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and pass a polygraph

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) concepts, tools, and methodologies
  • Experience supporting NGA or similar mission environments and systems
  • Hands-on experience with Neo4j graph databases, including data modeling and Cypher query language
  • Knowledge of graph data science (GDS) and knowledge graph applications supporting AI/ML or MBSE initiatives
  • Experience developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies
  • Ability to design and implement solutions that improve accessibility and usability of systems engineering and architecture data
Target Salary Range$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
