Full Job Description
Chemours is seeking a Senior Legal Operations Systems Consultant to join our growing BUSINESS NAME team. This position will be available at the Wilmington, DE location and report directly to the REPORTING LINE TITLE. The Senior Legal Operations Systems Consultant will serve as a trusted expert and strategic partner in advancing some of our key Legal, Sustainability and Corporate Affairs (LSCA) technology systems. In this role, you will combine technical expertise, business process improvement, data analytics, and change leadership to optimize legal operations platforms, automate workflows, and deliver meaningful insights that enable better business decisions. The ideal candidate is a curious problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about continuous improvement and creating smarter, more efficient ways of working. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: - Gather user feedback and requirements; translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements and integrations. - Administer, maintain, and upgrade core LSCA systems, implementing workflow automation, new features, reports, and dashboards. - Design, develop, customize, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that provide actionable insights to legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders. - Analyze and optimize end-to-end legal operations processes to improve efficiency, data integrity, and compliance. - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability and user experience. - Lead system optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to maximize platform functionality and business value. - Provide end-user training, documentation, and change management to support adoption and effective system utilization. - Resolve day-to-day system issues and user requests, including invoice processing and custom reporting. - Stay current on legal technology trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement. The following is required for this role: - 5+ years of relevant experience in law department operations, including financial, matter, vendor, and legal technology management. - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - Experience with Enterprise Legal Management (ELM) and/or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. - Strong technical skills with Java and SQL backend development, including database design, queries, integrations, and data management. - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Business Objects, Power BI, and/or Tableau for database management, reporting, and data visualization. - Experience with API integrations, data migration, and system enhancements across legal technology platforms. - Strong experience in process improvement, workflow design, project management, change management, and user training/adoption. - Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
