Job Description:
The Patient Support Services team at Snow creates and promotes patient support programs.
Our team consists of specialists focused on helping brands deliver adherence support that meets patients' needs. The programs we design are effective because they're shaped by the people they serve.
Our behavioral and learning strategists, service designers, and content creators develop experiences. Together, we create learning, support, and adherence solutions that enhance patient outcomes and business results.

Overview
As a Senior Learning Strategist, you'll develop patient education materials that drive behavior change and improve health outcomes, combining expertise in health literacy, learning principles, and behavioral models to inform effective learning strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct research, analyze insights, and deliver tailored recommendations that support brand initiatives and enhance patient engagement.

Responsibilities
Conduct research and audits, customizing and presenting Learning Design Guidelines to inform brand strategies and ensure audience needs are met.
Collaborate with creative teams to develop tactics and content that engage, inform, and motivate target audiences, ensuring alignment with learning design guidelines and brand strategies.
Evaluate tactics and content to ensure they meet audience needs, are grounded in insights, and align with brand opportunities.
Develop and implement learning strategies that drive behavior change and improve health outcomes.
Provide leadership and expertise, presenting learning findings and strategies to internal teams and client partners.
Contribute to new business development, participating in pitch presentations, leading Learning 101s, and collaborating on RFPs, research, and creative and tactical deliverables.

Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health, or related field required, with a Master's degree and Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) certification preferred.
4+ years of experience in Public Health, health promotion, or comparable studies, with 2+ years of experience in an agency setting preferred.
Proficiency in assessing and applying health literacy, learning preferences, and behavioral techniques to inform learning strategies.
Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
A strategic mindset, with expertise in health literacy, andragogy, and behavioral theory.
Excellent storytelling skills, both verbally and visually, to communicate learning design guidelines and strategies.$80,000-$110,000

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
