As a Senior Training Specialist in Chase Travel's Learning & Development Team, you facilitate instructor-led training that supports business goals and builds capability across the advisor population. You create an inclusive learning environment, adapt to different learning styles, and monitor progress to ensure strong outcomes. You collaborate closely with leaders and subject matter experts to continuously improve the training experience.
Job responsibilities
  • Facilitate instructor-led training sessions using adult learning principles and strong classroom management

  • Demonstrated ability to apply adult learning methodologies and effective coaching techniques

  • Demonstrated project management experience managing multiple priorities concurrently
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and partnership across teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of travel industry booking tools (Travelport+, Sabre)
