Job Title: Senior Lean Leader
Location: Ivyland, PA (Hybrid)

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Lean Leader to drive operational excellence across multiple production sites. In this role, you will lead large-scale Lean and footprint initiatives, build Lean capability within site teams, and develop internal 'multipliers'-employees who can independently apply Lean tools to sustain long-term improvements. The purpose of the role is to help build an organization that uses lean tools to drive tangible productivity that helps us achieve our financial goals. This position requires deep technical knowledge of lean tools, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficiency improvements, cost reductions, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lean Leadership Across Multiple Sites:
  • Lead and coordinate Lean transformation initiatives across several factories.
  • Conduct Value Stream Mapping to evaluate processes and design future workflows.
  • Drive company-wide adoption of Lean principles through structured deployment.
  • Capability Building & Coaching:
  • Train and develop Lean practitioners to build a network of Lean multipliers.
  • Facilitate workshops on A3 problem solving, 5S, and other Lean tools.
  • Coach plant leaders and CI teams in daily Lean application.
  • Continuous Improvement Execution:
  • Lead Kaizen events and improvement projects across sites.
  • Ensure consistent Lean methods across factories.
  • Analyze KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Change Management & Stakeholder Alignment:
  • Support leadership in building a continuous improvement culture.
  • Communicate progress and resource needs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in Lean/CI in multi-site manufacturing .
  • 5+ years of experience in VSM, A3, 5S, Standard Work, RCA, PDCA.
  • Any lean related certification.
