Full Job Description
As a Sr. Lead Solutions Engineer, you will act as a foundational pillar of our technical delivery team. You will not only lead the implementation of our most complex strategic accounts but also turn that implementation knowledge into an agentic workflow. You will mentor the broader team and grow them into builders of the agentic world. You will drive major team projects, influence our technical roadmap, and navigate high-stakes ambiguity to ensure our largest customers have a world-class experience. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Lead: Drive major team projects and OKRs, acting as a lead for complex customer launches that require high-level technical strategy and cross-functional alignment.
  • Complex Implementation: Own the full lifecycle of our largest, most complex strategic implementations, ensuring successful outcomes under minimal guidance.
  • Technical Advocacy: Act as the primary technical liaison and "go-to" person for leadership, high-value clients, and external vendors during high-stakes escalations.
  • Mentorship & Growth: Mentor and coach other Solutions Engineers through structured feedback, code/project reviews, sharing knowledge on agentic development and deep domain expertise.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate potential technical hurdles and develop robust contingency plans; identify root causes of systemic issues and adopt innovative approaches to solve them.
  • Process Innovation: Actively influence the Solutions Engineering roadmap by identifying gaps in tools/processes and proposing high-velocity improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Represent the SE function in cross-departmental initiatives with Product and Engineering to ensure long-term scalability of our services.


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 7+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, or similar high-level technical role.
  • Expert Technical Foundation: Mastery of technical and programming fundamentals, including proficiency in agentic development and the ability to navigate complex data architectures.
  • Strategic Execution: Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale, high-complexity workstreams simultaneously through peak seasons.
  • Leadership Presence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate context succinctly to executive-level stakeholders and technical teams alike.
  • Analytical Judgement: Ability to navigate extreme ambiguity and make sound decisions on technology and stakeholder management under pressure.
  • Collaborative Mindset: A history of fostering a healthy team culture through "healthy debate," proactive knowledge sharing, and a "multiplier" effect on team productivity.
  • Education: B.S. in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.


Physical/Cognitive Requirements

  • Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location.
  • Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
  • Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
  • No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs of force (e.g., lifting a computer \/ laptop) may be required.
  • Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.


The United States new hire base salary target ranges for this full-time position are:

Zone A: 120,050 - 156,070 + equity + benefits

Zone B: 132,055 - 171,677 + equity + benefits

Zone C: 144,060 - 187,284 + equity + benefits

Zone D: 156,085 - 202,891 + equity + benefits

Starting base salary for the successful candidate will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include, but not limited to, education; training; skill set; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; business needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and alignment with geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and competitive compensation based on their roles and locations.
