Job Description

Location: 15305 North Dallas Parkway, Addison, TX 75001 (position allows periodic telecommuting from anywhere within the Dallas metro area)

What will I be doing?

Responsible for managing projects and leading architecture and development to deliver solutions, apply technical skills to implement, maintain, and improve systems with architectural solutions. Contribute and define architectural guardrails and non-functional requirements. Conduct research to deliver reference architectures and develop proof of concepts. Present architectural solutions and concepts to non-technical team members and leadership. Facilitate architecture decisions and enforce Enterprise Architecture standards and principles for web, mobile, and APIs. Deliver documentation, including class diagrams, data models, business domain models, sequence diagrams, use case models, and collaboration diagrams. Manage technical delivery, removing roadblocks within agile delivery methodology following architectural principles for mobile, web, and APIs. Partner collaboratively with multi-functional leads, as well as product leads from departments such as Enterprise Architecture, Core Systems, On-Property Systems, Digital Product, Digital Architecture, Digital Development and Third-Party Partnerships, on current and future strategic efforts, project status, or proposals. Additionally, assist product leads with technical issues, such as software system design or maintenance to maintain the company's position as a leader in hospitality. Responsible for bringing extensive hospitality industry experience, particularly in guest-facing technologies and operational workflows. Responsible for applying hands-on expertise with reservation systems including central reservation systems, booking engines, and property management systems to architect and deliver scalable hospitality solutions. Job requires up to 10% of domestic travel.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or higher, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or a closely related field and four (4) years of experience in Technology or a related field.

Must possess experience with developing and deploying technology applications; implementing, maintaining, and evolving CI/CD environments and mechanisms; and designing and architecting technology automation and architecture.
