About this role:

As a Senior Lead Product Manager, you will lead product strategy and delivery for AI‑enabled, agent‑driven solutions that materially improve speed, accuracy, and customer experience across the end‑to‑end home lending journey, while meeting rigorous regulatory, audit, and risk requirements. The delivery of outcomes will be through ownership of the product backlog inclusive of feature prioritization, transparency into upcoming work, setting of product goals, and communication with stakeholders. This also includes setting a product vision and identifying the future roadmap for our Origination tools to support our critical business priorities.


In this role, you will:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for agentic automation capabilities, including autonomous task execution, decision orchestration, exception handling, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows

  • Translate complex business processes into agent‑driven operating models, identifying where autonomy, intelligence, and orchestration create the highest value

  • Partner with architecture, solution engineering, product design, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver production‑grade AI/agent solutions

  • Define and prioritize outcomes‑based backlogs focused on cycle time reduction, quality improvement, cost efficiency, and customer impact

  • Establish guardrails for responsible AI, including explainability, auditability, risk controls, and performance monitoring

  • Drive adoption and change management for agent‑enabled capabilities across frontline and operations teams

  • Measure success using automation effectiveness metrics (throughput, accuracy, deflection, STP rate, human touch reduction)

  • Collaborate and consult with product managers, analysts and multiple level managers

  • Interact directly with vendors

  • Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals including senior managers to achieve consistent agreement and application of definitions, measurements, and interpretation as well as provide strategic consultation based on unique, complex HL use cases

  • Provide leadership and guidance in the continuing development of the objectives, processes, resources, and long-term goals of the Home Lending Product strategy and its implementation.

  • Ensure adherence to data management and data governance regulations, and policies and compliance requirements 

  • Foster a strong agile discipline that inspires teams to continuously improve delivery evidenced through key agility metrics 

  • Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer 

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 2+ years Experience designing or managing systems that include:

    • Autonomous or semi autonomous agents

    • Workflow orchestration across multiple systems

    • Human in the loop decisioning

    • Exception handling and learning feedback loops

Desired Qualifications:

  • With in the last 12 months demonstrated product management experience delivering AI driven or agent based automation in complex, regulated, or high volume environments

  • Proven ability to decompose end to end business processes into agent, tool, and human responsibilities

  • Experience with agentic frameworks, intelligent workflow platforms, or advanced automation (beyond basic rules‑based RPA)

  • Background in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital operations modernization

  • Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or regulatory controls in financial services

  • Experience launching reusable agent platforms or capabilities, not just one‑off automations

  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts clearly to senior leaders and non‑technical stakeholders

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively, drive consensus, and influence outcomes.

  • Strong project planning with demonstrated experience leading cross functional teams’ though significant change.

  • Experience building relationships across lines of businesses, influencing partners, as well as providing credible and effective challenge.

  • Ability to combine a perpetual interest in learning, and deep knowledge of industry best practices/standards to build a world class organization.

  • Experienced leading and managing transformation efforts and demonstrated ability to lead the execution of large and complex initiatives within a matrixed environment

  • Ability to work in conjunction with functional partners to gain consensus on priorities and features needed to implement a project successfully.

  • Experience in the banking and financial sectors, particularly related to Home Lending, Credit, and/or Risk Management

  • Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment 

  • Experience with providing detailed, thorough, and accurate documentation procedures and repeatability standards 

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
