Join BILL as a Senior Lead Product Manager, Growth, and help small and midsize businesses take control of their cash flow. BILL is uniquely positioned at the intersection of payments and financial operations, with millions of businesses already moving money through our platform. In this high-ownership role, you'll shape how SMBs access capital, understand their real-time cash position, and act with confidence-bringing credit, card, and cash management together to power smarter decisions in one place.

You'll be a key leader within BILL's Growth organization, whose charter is to accelerate customer time-to-value across the journey of discovering, joining, and growing with BILL. Partnering closely with Design, Engineering, Payments, and Go-To-Market, you will define the strategy and deliver the experiences that match the right financial products to the right customers at the right moment-advancing a future where SMBs can see, forecast, and optimize cash seamlessly across our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive end-to-end product strategy and execution for credit application and card merchandising experiences.
  • Develop cash visibility and forecasting features that help SMBs understand, predict, and act on their financial position.
  • Lead ongoing discovery of new products and partnerships to expand how customers access capital; identify unmet needs, evaluate opportunities, and chart the path to launch.
  • Own the roadmap, success metrics, and go-to-market plans for your areas with a focus on growth, engagement, and customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Payments team on cash accounts, treasury, and lending to deliver cohesive, integrated experiences.
  • Partner with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Finance, and GTM to test, learn, and scale product-led growth initiatives.
  • Translate ambiguous data into clear decisions; define and instrument the metrics that guide prioritization and measure impact.

We'd love to chat if you have:
  • 10+ years of product management experience owning consumer or SMB financial products end to end.
  • Hands-on experience with credit, card, or lending products, including customer journeys and underlying financial mechanics.
  • Strong product sense and data fluency with the ability to define success metrics and make decisions amid ambiguity.
  • A bias toward action and comfort operating independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills with cross-functional partners across engineering, design, finance, and go-to-market.

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience building cash management, treasury, or forecasting capabilities.
  • Background in partnerships that bring new financial products to market.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$187,600-$234,500 USD

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL's bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

Draper UT pay range

$159,500-$199,300 USD
