Your MissionWe're looking for a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to lead the vision and execution of Call of Duty franchise websites. You'll own the roadmap, partner with design & engineering, and ensure our web platforms deliver world-class experiences for millions of players.
What you bring to the tablePriorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Define and own the website product roadmap.
- Deliver new features, content, and site improvements with design & engineering, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Align with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, various internal studios, and more.
- Use data & analytics to track performance and optimize engagement.
- Ensure every site experience is consistent, scalable, and on brand.
Minimum Requirements- Minimum 8+ years of experience in digital product management.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale consumer web projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to understand and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, analytics tools, and UX best practices.
- Gaming/entertainment background preferred; passion for Call of Duty a big plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $137,170.00 - $253,806.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
