Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Modeler to join our dynamic Data Engineering team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that support our business objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of data modeling principles and practices, as well as a strong foundation in data engineering. The Senior Lead Data Engineering will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accessibility, and usability across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust data models that meet business requirements and enhance data quality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements, translating them into effective data models.
  • Implement best practices for data modeling, ensuring consistency and standardization across all data assets.
  • Work closely with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data flow.
  • Conduct data profiling and analysis to identify data quality issues and recommend solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, data flows, and data dictionaries.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers and modelers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to data modeling and engineering.

Mandatory Skills:
