About the job
As the Senior Lab Operations Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our floor-lab operations. You will be responsible for ensuring that every square foot of the lab is either optimized for maximum productivity or is a safe and effective platform for research experiments. You will sit at the center of a complex ecosystem, aligning internal engineering goals with external Vendor (xWf) execution. When the floor is humming, it is because of your systems; when there is a bottleneck, you are the one who clears it.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

  • Take the "wild west" of a Research and Development lab and instill rigorous 5S and Lean methodologies. Ensure that whether a tech is working on various partner robots or a Humanoid prototype, the environment and tools are consistent.
  • Take feedback back and forth from operations to other teams to develop clear next steps for the team.
