HARDWARE ENGINEER PRINCIPAL

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Hardware Engineer Principal, the work you'll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of NAWCWD. You will play a crucial role in supporting operations and testing in a lab environment.
• Manage/Support functional and in-service testing in High power Electronic Attack Technique Radiation (HEATR).
• Perform systems integration and startup.
• Support logistics and supply chain needs, including procurement, onboarding, tracking, and inventory.
• Assist with operations and scheduling to meet Program schedules.
• Lead a team of testers or Field Service Representatives as required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your engineering expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Hardware Engineer Principal must have:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Experience: 10+ years of related experience
• Technical skills: hardware/systems testing, electronic troubleshooting/repair
• Security clearance level: SECRET
• US citizenship required
• Role requirements: on site, Point Mugu, CA
The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $149,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
