Full Job Description
The Senior Knowledge Management Professional will develop and manage assets to improve accessibility and accuracy through high-quality knowledge that enables efficient service delivery, platform enhancements, and AI/automation outcomes. The KM Senior Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and partnerships.

The Senior Knowledge Management Professional creates, updates, and standardizes knowledge assets (policies, procedures, and FAQs) to ensure consistency and quality.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Define and apply tagging, classification, and metadata to improve usability and searchability.
  • Establish workflows for content review, approval, and lifecycle management to maintain content accuracy and compliance.
  • Define and manage usage metrics and feedback to identify gaps and drive improvements with HR and Tech partners.
  • Serve as example partner across the Human Resources team, business lines, and tech organization to align content to service delivery and AI/automation initiatives.
  • Integrate industry research including external best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends to optimize knowledge management.
  • Serve as proactive thought and execution leader who will influence knowledge management strategy.
  • Communicate insights and outcomes to all levels of partners and leaders.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, Information Management, IT, Communications, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, HR, operations, or content management
  • Demonstrated documentation, taxonomy, and metadata management skills
  • Experience working with content management systems or knowledge platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, ServiceNow)
  • Analytical mindset; ability to use data to improve content effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Keen attention to detail, action-oriented, excellent organization skills, and demonstrated ability to move forward multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated understanding of Workday, ServiceNow, Phenom, a plus
  • Strong MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled knowledge solutions or virtual agents
  • Familiarity with data analytics, UX/content design, or information architecture
  • Healthcare or regulated environment experience

Qualified candidates are required to live within commutable distance for a hybrid (~3 days in-office) work arrangement. Locations options are:

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$86,200 - $118,600 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
