The Position
We're looking to hire a Senior Jira Administrator with eazyBI Experience to join our team. You'll work with our incredible clients in one of two ways:
- Team Augmentation: You will integrate directly into our client's team and work alongside their existing designers and engineers daily.
- Design & Build: You will work on a FullStack product team to build and deliver a product to our clients.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on Jira Administration experience in enterprise environments, with deep expertise in configuring complex workflows, custom fields, permissions, schemes, and advanced hierarchies.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
- Proven track record working with EazyBI to build scalable dashboards and reports using MDX queries, calculated members, and custom visualizations.
- Experience integrating Jira data into EazyBI, including advanced modeling with custom fields and hierarchical data structures.
- Skilled in scripting with Groovy (via ScriptRunner), JavaScript, and REST APIs to support Jira workflow customization, automation, and system integrations.
- Ability to translate stakeholder reporting needs into actionable dashboards and meaningful insights, using EazyBI as the primary BI tool.
- Comfortable balancing light development tasks with business-facing responsibilities; understands that success in this role is tied to reporting accuracy and system stability-not just code quality.
- Advanced English communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to support technical and non-technical users effectively.
- Familiarity with additional BI tools (Power BI, Tableau), cloud services, or CI/CD pipelines is a plus-but not core to the role.
- Ideal candidates are those who enjoy making systems run smoothly, take pride in the clarity of reporting, and see Jira/EazyBI as powerful tools-not just chores.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex issues and contribute to internal tooling.
- Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines and delivering production-ready software.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on code quality and best practices.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Proven success working in Agile/Scrum teams on large-scale systems while aligning with client objectives.
- Reliable and disciplined to consistently deliver 40 hours of focused work per week.
