Job TitleSenior Java Full Stack Software Engineer (Java, Angular, GCP) Overview We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java Full Stack development, Angular, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, high-quality software solutions while following modern software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver user-focused software solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- Analyze software requirements and determine appropriate technology solutions.
- Design high-level software architecture and application components.
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular.
- Build and maintain back-end services, APIs, and microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, and designers.
- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and performance optimization.
- Define and implement software testing strategies and quality practices.
- Follow modern development methodologies including Agile, Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration (CI), and Continuous Delivery (CD).
- Support application security practices to protect user data.
- Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve development efficiency.
- Maintain source code using GitHub or equivalent version control systems.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience developing scalable web applications using Java Full Stack technologies.
- 5+ years of experience with SQL databases, including Oracle or PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years of experience developing front-end applications using Angular.
- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Cloud Storage).
- Experience with MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
- Experience writing complex SQL queries for data retrieval and analysis.
- Experience with functional, integration, and regression testing (manual and automated).
- Experience using GitHub or equivalent source control tools.
- Experience troubleshooting application and performance issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Kafka.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Experience using Jira.
- Knowledge of TDD/BDD development practices.
- Experience with static and dynamic code quality analysis.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence development.
- Familiarity with testing methodologies.
