Work you will do as an ISOutsource Senior IT Projects Engineer:
- Adhere to standards and approved solutions established by ISOutsource Engineering Leadership.
- Architect and design technical solutions for complex infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, and modernization projects.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and project closeout.
- Partner with the PMO, Consulting, Sales Engineering, and Project Engineering teams to develop technically sound project plans and implementation strategies.
- Review project designs to ensure alignment with ISOutsource standards, best practices, and client objectives.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation resource for complex project implementations.
- Identify technical risks and develop mitigation strategies before and during project execution.
- Perform technical quality assurance reviews on projects and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and coach Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers through technical guidance and knowledge sharing.
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, implementation methodologies, templates, and reusable technical documentation.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings, technical planning sessions, post-project reviews, and root cause analysis activities.
- Maintain a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry best practices relevant to Professional Services.
- Maintain punctuality and thorough communication in all internal and external customer engagements.
- Maintain the required utilization target established for the role.
- Participate in engineering on-call rotation as required.
- Perform daily time entry for all activities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; and/or ten+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
