Senior IT Manager, to lead IT operations, enterprise systems, CRM initiatives, and technology infrastructure. This position will oversee IT team management, system integration, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects while ensuring technology solutions align with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, hands-on CRM expertise, and the ability to collaborate with executive leadership, cross functional teams, and SANY Group's China headquarters.
With deep investment and backing from SANY Group, the Americas business continues to grow rapidly, and this role is critical to delivering competitive, customer-focused products that support long-term market expansion.
With current revenues over $500 million, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Lead, mentor, and manage the IT team, ensuring effective daily operations, employee development, and technical support.
- Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
- Oversee CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, administration, implementation, optimization, and migration.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud systems, cybersecurity, and data protection.
- Lead IT projects, system upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives while managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and China headquarters to ensure effective system integration and global technology alignment.
- Manage IT vendors, software licensing, technology investments, and departmental budgets.
- Establish IT policies, performance metrics, disaster recovery procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and leading IT teams.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with CRM systems, including administration, implementation, integration, or migration. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, and technical support operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex IT projects and manage cross-functional technology initiatives.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and executive leadership.
PREFERRED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE- Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, CISSP, or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
EDUCATION- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Preferred majors include Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or Marketing.
CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED- Certification Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certification
- PMP Certification
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS- Fluent English required.
- Mandarin Chinese language skills strongly preferred.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS- Occasional domestic travel within the United States.
