Position Overview

Help us connect strategy to outcomes. FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is hiring a Senior IT Business Relationship Partner (BRP) to serve as the primary liaison between Global IT and our site/business leaders. You will translate business priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, shape portfolio decisions, and guide delivery-elevating service reliability, compliance, and user experience in a regulated biopharma environment.

What you'll do
  • Partner with site/business leadership as the trusted IT liaison-run governance cadences, set expectations, and drive engagement plans.
  • Translate strategy into IT demand and multi-quarter roadmaps; align to portfolio and capacity; build business cases, sequence work, and track benefits realization.
  • Elicit and document requirements; define solution options and trade-offs; align to enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery (FTE/contractors); manage RAID items; provide executive updates on status, risks, decisions, and mitigations.
  • Act as escalation point for service restoration; analyze incident/problem trends (MTTR, backlog); drive continual service improvement using ITIL practices.
  • Build KPI/OKR dashboards; synthesize data into recommendations that quantify cost, risk, and outcome impacts.
  • Apply governance (ITIL, PMO, change control) and regulated environment expectations (cGMP, CSV/CSA, data integrity, SOX-relevant controls); support audits/CAPAs.
  • Liaise with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Enterprise Apps, QA/ITQ, PMO, Procurement/Finance, and vendors to align deliverables to standards, SLAs, and site needs.
  • Identify friction points; propose policy/standard updates; contribute to BRM playbooks, intake models, and engagement templates.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's; or 6+ years with a Master's; or PhD with 3+ years; or equivalent experience.
  • Within the above, 5+ years in Business Relationship Management/Partner roles, Senior IT Engineer, Product/Program Management, or similar in complex, matrixed enterprises.
  • Experience supporting biopharma/biotech manufacturing or comparable regulated industries strongly preferred (exposure to DSM/DPM operations beneficial).

Preferred requirements
  • Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
  • Certifications: ITIL Foundation v3/v4, BRM Institute (CBRM), PMP/PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum (PSM/CSM), Lean/Six Sigma.
  • Experience with portfolio/demand management, PMO processes, value realization, and executive-level reporting.
