Position Responsibilities:Support development of transformation roadmap for organization's Global High Net Worth (GHNW) business across business operations.
Duties include:- Liaise with business partners to determine business needs, goals and objectives, and analyze complex IT issues;
- Analyze sophisticated/complex problems and understand business and technical goals and objectives;
- Conduct root cause analysis to develop IT solutions;
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Scrum Team to translate business objectives into Epics, Features, and detailed User Stories;
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure technical solutions and product increments conform with business needs;
- Produce high quality user stories and acceptance criteria in support of IT and business requirements;
- Develop new processes and upgrade existing workflows aligned with organization's IT and business strategies;
- Grow and develop analytical capabilities and contribute to advancements and innovations within the practice;
- Understand testing requirements and build and support test planning and execution to validate system solutions meet business requirements;
- Identify emerging market and industry trends; and
- Participate in communities of practice to bring industry standard methodologies to teams.

Salary: $162,548 per year
Minimum Requirements:- Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a closely related field and 4 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions in support of medium to large projects.
Experience must include the following, which may be gained concurrently:
- -4 years of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience including designing and implementing solutions tailored to meet needs of client specific requirements for setting up account/contact relationships, maintaining insurance policy information of account holders, and building workflows to support New Business Case Management process.
- 4 years of Salesforce Service Cloud experience including Salescloud, Salesforce FSL, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- 4 years of experience planning and delivering user stories in an Agile SCRUM environment.
- 3 years insurance production development experience including designing and deploying Salesforce solutions to configure case management workflows, integrate party creation, maintain systems, and customize data models that support case management, underwriting, compliance, and titles for insurance industry.

Salary range is expected to be between$107,450.00 USD - $199,550.00 USD
