Full Job Description
Responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives are achieved. This role oversees operational performance, continuous improvement initiatives, workforce development, and cross-functional collaboration to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily manufacturing and supply chain operations to meet production targets and customer requirements.
  • Drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Manage production planning, inventory control, logistics, warehousing, and materials management activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.
  • Lead, coach, and develop operations leaders and plant personnel.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality, procurement, planning, and other business functions to improve operational performance.
  • Manage budgets, labor planning, and resource allocation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Support strategic initiatives, capacity planning, and operational growth projects.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain management.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers, supervisors, or large operational teams.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, inventory management, and production planning.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Proven experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MBA or related field).
  • Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale operational transformation projects.
