Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Real Estate; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate valuation and analysis required.
• High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; Argus Enterprise experience needed, Dealpath familiarity a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for high exposure within the organization.
• Ability to lead complex underwriting projects while supporting junior analysts.

Responsibilities

• Coalesce inputs from multiple teams into comprehensive financial pro forma for acquisitions.
• Identify key insights on modeling assumptions and communicate associated risks and opportunities.
• Manage the underwriting workflow from initial analysis to closing and model transfers.
• Collaborate closely with Acquisition Officers, Research, and Portfolio Management teams throughout acquisitions.
• Drive the development and refinement of underwriting best practices.
• Analyze and present acquisition deals to internal stakeholders.
• Support various teams with ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
• Partner with Transactions Associates on due diligence, including inspections and market research.
• Develop and implement new underwriting models with the Investment Management team.
