DescriptionJob overview and responsibilitiesThe Senior Investigator, Internal Investigations protects the organization by conducting complex, high-risk investigations that preserve employee safety, safeguard enterprise assets, and uphold institutional integrity. This role exists to ensure serious allegations-including workplace violence, threats, theft, fraud, and misconduct-are resolved through objective, fact-based inquiry that mitigates risk and supports informed decision-making. Through collaboration with Human Resources, Legal, Labor Relations, and business leaders, the Senior Investigator strengthens organizational resilience by identifying emerging risk patterns and informing enterprise-wide prevention strategies.
- Lead and conduct complex investigations related to workplace violence, threats, theft, fraud, and misconduct, ensuring accuracy, objectivity, and defensibility.
- Assess case severity, identify emerging risks, and escalate matters appropriately to protect employees and the organization.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Labor Relations, Security, and business leaders to align investigative actions with legal and organizational requirements.
- Prepare clear investigative reports, case summaries, and data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making and compliance needs.
- Identify investigative trends, systemic gaps, and opportunities to strengthen controls, policies, and workplace safety initiatives.
Qualifications What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):- Bachelor's degree or related experience
- Demonstrated experience investigating workplace violence, threats, theft, fraud, and employee misconduct.
- Strong investigative capabilities, including interviewing, evidence analysis, fact development, and report writing.
- Experience partnering with HR, Legal, and Labor Relations in a corporate or regulated environment.
- 2+ years of experience conducting internal, corporate, or regulatory investigations.
- Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and risk indicators across cases.
- Proven ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion in sensitive, high-impact matters.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

- Experience with dBeaver SQL or other relational database
- Experience with ticketing/revenue accounting processes
- Experience with reservation system

- Demonstrates an understanding of the capabilities and limitations of generative AI tools and effectively leverages them to support research, analysis, content creation, and problem-solving.
