Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, communications, or political science preferred; Master's and eight years' experience is also acceptable.
• Minimum of ten years of experience, with three years specifically in international armament cooperation.
• Active Top Secret clearance, with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.
• Strong knowledge of international defense cooperation, especially regarding TTCP and NATO frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills for drafting detailed reports and conveying complex information.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple engagements effectively.
• Experience with international travel logistics and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-level meetings between U.S. officials and international counterparts.
• Coordinate necessary logistics, such as military access and security clearances for engagements.
• Draft comprehensive agendas, reports, and meeting materials for international meetings.
• Produce country-specific analysis reports focusing on S&T priorities and cooperative activities.
• Track and assess international agreements relating to OUSW(R&E) engagements.
• Serve as an action officer, liaising with multiple defense components for engagement completion.
• Coordinate travel logistics and clearances for international missions.
