Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, communications, or political science preferred; Master's degree and additional experience is valued.
• Minimum ten (10) years of experience, three (3) years directly linked to international armament cooperation; or eight (8) years with a Master’s.
• Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to secure TS/SCI clearance.
• Deep knowledge of international defense cooperation, particularly TTCP and NATO frameworks.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple engagements and track progress effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for drafting reports and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in meeting logistics and understanding international travel protocols.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-level meetings involving senior U.S. and international officials.
• Coordinate access, clearances, and logistics for military installations and foreign visits.
• Draft comprehensive meeting agendas, reports, and issue papers.
• Develop and maintain country-specific analysis and documentation for OUSW(R&E).
• Track international agreements and engagements for senior leadership oversight.
• Serve as action officer for assigned regions, ensuring task completion related to international engagements.
• Assist senior leadership with briefing materials and recommendations on cooperative activities.
