SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly technical Senior Intelligence Developer to support our data analysis efforts, contribute to dashboard development, and assist in building data solutions and applications. This role is ideal for an developer who is eager to grow their skills in manufacturing systems, data visualization, and analytics while helping transform data into meaningful insights that directly drive business decisions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSupport the development, enhancement, and maintenance of interactive dashboards and data visualizations to enable timely, data‑driven decision‑making.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, understand key metrics and voice‑of‑the‑customer insights, and translate them into analytical outputs and digital solutions.
Assist in building and maintaining data models, datasets, and pipelines supporting manufacturing processes.
Help integrate data from multiple sources, including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems.
Participate in the evaluation, testing, and implementation of new data tools, dashboards, and applications.
Perform data validation and quality checks to help ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data.
Document dashboards, data sources, and analytical processes to support team knowledge sharing.
Learn and apply industry best practices, new technologies, and standard analytics methodologies under the guidance of senior team members.
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field is required, Advanced degree is preferred.
Experience and Skills:Required:
Minimum 4 years of Power Platform Developer with experience in data analysis
Hands-on experience with Power Platform developer (Power Apps, Power Automate) with SQL and Python experience for data manipulation and analysis.
Strong expertise in developing data visualization and production dashboards (Power BI and/or Tableau)
Practical experience integrating systems via APIs, connectors, and SQL; ability to troubleshoot integration and performance issues.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems such as SAP, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), and LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead VOC sessions and facilitate cross-functional ideation.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a distributed/remote environment.
Experience applying lean/agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; ability to drive solutions from discovery through production and support.
Preferred:Proven experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus
Knowledge of API integrations, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), and data warehousing.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$79,000.00 - $127,650.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
o Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
o Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
o Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
o Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
o Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
o Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
o Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
o Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
o Military Spouse Time-Off – 80 hours per calendar year
