Senior Integrated Project ManagerReports To: SVP, Project Management and Delivery
Location: New York, NY | Hybrid
Who you areAs the Integrated Project Manager at StrawberryFrog, you own delivery end to end. You bring the core discipline of project management, timelines, client status, budget tracking, resourcing, and pair it with real production fluency across video, social, digital work and AI production workflows. You'll manage the day to day workflow, turning creative concepts into executable plans.
You sit at the center of the work, but partner closely with Account Management (BLT) on scope and client communications, you interact with senior leadership (CCO, CSO, CEO) regularly, and manage outside vendor and freelance relationships that make our work possible. You are firm yet friendly, confident without ego, trusted to make the call and think on your feet.
ResponsibilitiesEnd to End DeliveryOwn the full arc of a project, from scope and kickoff through internal review, client approval, and final asset handoff. Set clear expectations for how agency and client workflows connect. Keep every workstream visible, sequenced, and moving, and know at any moment where a project stands against its timeline and its budget.
Production Planning and ExecutionBuild and manage integrated timelines across creative, video, social, digital, and AI production workflows. Communicate deliverable requirements and specs to creative and production teams at kickoff. Coordinate with production partners and media team as needed. Drive projects against tight timelines, and flag risks to the account team proactively.
Vendor and Freelance ManagementCoordinate and manage outside vendors, freelancers, and partners across production, post production, and finishing. Hold partners to the timeline and the spec without damaging the relationship.
Budgets and Financial ManagementBuild budgets from the ground up and manage them closely. Own freelance and out of pocket tracking in partnership with Finance, including tracking burn and reconciliation of jobs. Understand how hours and out of pockets affect account health, and raise a flag early when the numbers start to move.
Scope and Statement of WorkPartner with Account Management, the Business Leadership Team, on scope writing. Define project scopes, contribute Statement of Work assumptions, build staff plans, estimate production budgets in partnership with Business Affairs, and produce the timelines that sit behind them. Track scope through the life of the engagement and identify when a change order conversation is needed.
Client RelationsPrepare for key client presentations, and contribute to status meetings. Interface with clients and partner vendors on timelines and deliverables as needed. Manage multiple clients or brands at once, including larger and more complex campaigns.
Team Coordination and Leadership PartnershipServe as the liaison between business leadership, creative, production, media and account teams. Work alongside the CCO and creative leadership daily, translating creative ambition into what is buildable in the time and money available. Lead weekly internal team and status meetings, resource creative teams to scope, and align internal teams on deliverables.
Resource and Admin ManagementMaintain the internal job tracker, including resource allocations. Coordinate monthly resource reconciliation and hours reports for clients as needed. Ensure accurate timesheets are maintained agency wide.
Quality Control and WorkflowEnsure creative and production work is delivered on time and to spec. Route work through internal review and approval steps. Support delivery across all mediums, including print, digital, social, broadcast, and AI generated content.
Problem SolvingMonitor risks and issues in real time and drive teams to solutions. Anticipate bottlenecks, vendor availability, asset turnaround, before they become client facing problems. Operate independently day to day, escalating only what genuinely needs it.
