This is more than a sales role, it's an opportunity to shape how advisors integrate life, long-term care, and disability insurance into holistic financial planning for their clients.

In this role, you'll partner with advisors across the firm to unlock new revenue opportunities, strengthen client outcomes, and position risk management as a core pillar of wealth management. If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about translating insurance expertise into meaningful client solutions, we want to hear from you.

This is a hybrid role.

What You'll Do:
  • Drive Advisor Adoption & Growth
    • Lead the expansion of life, LTC, and disability solutions by helping advisors confidently integrate insurance into client strategies and planning conversations.
  • Deliver High-Value Case Design
    • Analyze existing policies, identify gaps, and design tailored insurance solutions that align with client needs and long-term financial goals.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor to Advisors
    • Provide actionable guidance, illustrations, and insights that help advisors position insurance effectively with clients.
  • Elevate Advisor Capability
    • Deliver engaging training sessions at conferences and regional events, helping advisors build confidence and deepen product knowledge.
  • Collaborate Across the Firm
    • Partner with Regional Growth Teams, Advanced Planning, Community Leaders, and Nelson Financial Group (NFG) to drive coordinated sales strategies and better client outcomes.
  • Strengthen IMO and Carrier Partnerships
    • Work closely with insurance carriers to enhance product utilization, streamline case execution, and improve advisor experience.
  • Support Sales Execution
    • Provide tools, marketing resources, and responsive support to move cases forward from initial concept through implementation.


What You Need to Have:
  • Active State Insurance License (required)
  • Series 6 or 7 (required)
  • ~10+ years of relevant sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent industry experience
  • Professional designations such as CLU, ChFC, or CFP (preferred)
  • Proven success in insurance sales and advisor engagement, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive adoption
  • Deep expertise in life, long-term care, and disability insurance solutions
  • Strong consultative skills, able to translate complex products into clear, compelling strategies
  • Confidence in presenting to groups and delivering impactful training sessions
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client and advisor outcomes
