- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Psychology, or a related field, master's degree preferred.
- Experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in instructional design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse learning solutions.
- Expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and e-learning best practices.
- Expertise in instructional design software (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia) and learning management system (LMS).
- Skills
- Ability to balance creativity with consistency and process, ensuring solutions align with business objectives and instructional principles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
