Job Duties: Manage a robust innovation portfolio globally across the pharma value chain for growth and mobilization of resources. Own the development of an innovation framework for the Technology organization to assess new technologies in the context of business value linked with strategic priorities, regional maturity and requirements, and other relevant considerations. Establish and implement framework and processes to capture and create an innovation pipeline that includes trendspotting, piloting, and scaling the application of new and emerging technologies with the greatest potential to generate value. Own, implement and lead the process for collection, prioritization, and value measurement of the innovation pipeline, including organization of stage-gate/ investment reviews. Leverage the innovation framework for trendspotting, piloting, and scaling the application of new and emerging technologies to maximize potential value. Design programming to seed and scale a culture of innovation among leadership and all employees within J&J's Global Technology organization within the pharmaceutical business. Act as a thought partner to the leadership team by scanning the external landscape and introducing relevant perspectives to drive business decisions and action. Simplify complexity to communicate the impact of innovation in a clear and concise narrative, and articulate the value generated and the future potential. Collaborate with regional and functional Technology and business partners & innovation leads in both emerging and established markets to drive cross-sharing and partner on critical initiatives.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Design Innovation, Innovation Management, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a Senior Innovation Manager-related occupation.
Position requires experience with:
1. Consulting, innovation, pharmaceutical or technology innovation strategy and pipeline management to lead future-proof innovation strategy, pipeline and investment;
2. Change Management and Digital Transformation to lead large scale human-centered, tech-oriented transformation with impact;
3. Strategic thinking and business case building to shape vision and prioritize cases that demonstrate value, feasibility, and impact;
4. Cross-functional leadership and business storytelling to build innovation narratives and accelerate innovation impact;
5. Executive presence, creative problem-solving, workshop facilitation and coaching to lead senior leadership engagement and cross-disciplinary innovation engagement, accelerate ideation, and build organizational innovation capability; and
6. Global perspective and experience within large matrix org including both emerging markets and established ones.

• Vacation -120 hours per calendar year

• Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays -13 days per calendar year
• Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
• Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
• Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
• Caregiver Leave - 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period10 days
