Within SiA, the Power, Performance, Projections and Architecture (3PA) group builds the models and analysis frameworks used to evaluate architectural tradeoffs and drive product decisions across future generations.
We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer to design and operate the infrastructure behind large-scale modeling, simulation, and data analysis workflows. You will work cross-functionally with architects, modeling engineers, and software developers to ensure that complex analysis workflows and toolchains run efficiently, reliably, and at scale across Linux-based environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, deploy, and maintain Linux-based infrastructure supporting architecture modeling, simulation, and projection workflows.
  • Design and operate CI/CD pipelines for modeling frameworks, analysis tools, and supporting software components.
  • Develop and maintain automation for build systems, toolchains, packaging, and dependency management.
  • Enable scalable and reproducible execution of compute-intensive workloads.
  • Manage artifact storage, versioning, and distribution for software builds and modeling outputs.
  • Monitor and improve pipeline performance, reliability, and observability.
  • Debug infrastructure issues across the software stack including build systems, storage, networking, and distributed compute environments
  • Work cross-functionally with architects and developers to improve developer productivity, tooling quality, and system scalability.
  • Own and drive improvements to infrastructure components end-to-end.

The candidate should also exhibit the following behavioral traits and/or skills:
• Proactive and willing to work in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiastic collaborator and organizer and a self-starter.
• Collaborative and interpersonal skills, willing to influence and motivate others.
