  • Operational knowledge of server technologies, networking protocols, and security services.
  • Possession of IAM Level II or higher certification (e.g., CASP+ or CISSP).
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph is mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of information security policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate and advise on security tools and practices operationally.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and compliance gaps.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment with security objectives.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for security audits and assessments.
  • Oversee the classification and handling of sensitive information and data.
  • Provide training on security best practices to staff and stakeholders.

Full Job Description
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Information Security, or a related discipline, plus 12+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience may be considered on a case by case basis.
Direct Experience: 10+ years of in-depth experience as ISSO or combination of ISSO and other security related role supporting IC or DoD programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
Proficient with with customer security tools, corporate repositories, playbooks and guidelines
Knowledgeable with appliclable frameworks, regulations, standards, policies and procedures
Operational understanding of server and IA technologies, internetworking protocols and services
Certifications & Compliance with DoD 8140.03 with IAM Level II or higher (CASP+, CISSP or higher)
Clearance Requirement: Must hold an active TS/SCI with Polygragh.
