Job DescriptionCoffman Engineers is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Engineer / Project Manager to support and lead various crane projects for clients in the aerospace, military, energy, private, and manufacturing sectors. This role is aligned with our hybrid work schedule; however, a fully remote arrangement may be considered for candidates with the appropriate experience and based on business needs.
QualificationsKey Responsibilities- Leading and managing crane refurbishment and replacement projects
- Technical lead and project management responsibilities
- Supporting business development and securing successful solicitations
- Client coordination and multidisciplinary team leadership
- Site visits, construction support, load testing
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- SolidWorks proficiency preferred
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum 8 years of crane or heavy machinery engineering experience
- Proven success in securing work and managing projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Availability to travel occasionally to site visits and client meetings
- Effective technical writing and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success
Salary range: $100,000-$150,000
