Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field required.
• Strong knowledge in Warehouse/Operations Management, Time Studies, and Process Optimization.
• Expertise in Labor Management and Warehouse Management Systems, especially Red Prairie and EXE.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SQL Developer for data analysis and visualization.
• Physical capability to walk and run, adaptable to various warehouse environments.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; familiarity with work study techniques like MTM and MOST.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for distribution functions at various facilities.
• Analyze current processes, assess effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
• Implement training for management and staff on productivity methods and procedures.
• Engage associates in understanding and applying engineering labor standards through change management strategies.
• Evaluate facility layout changes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Calculate cost savings from layout modifications and support other tasks as necessary.
• Test improvements in labor management systems such as EXE and Red Prairie.
