• Simplified or retired
• Translate IdentityIQ-based processes and customizations into supportable cloud-based designs.
• Develop and configure ISC integrations, workflows, transforms, provisioning logic, lifecycle processes, and related platform components.
• Assist with identity, account, entitlement, role, policy, and governance-data migration.
• Support coexistence between IdentityIQ and ISC during a phased migration.
• Develop reconciliation, validation, and data-quality controls to confirm that migrated capabilities operate correctly.
• Identify migration risks, functional gaps, dependencies, and remediation options.
• Partner with architects, security teams, application owners, business stakeholders, and SailPoint resources to define target-state solutions.
• Promote cloud-native, configuration-first designs and minimize unnecessary customization in the future-state platform.
• Perform code reviews and establish development standards for SailPoint rules, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Create unit, integration, regression, and migration test procedures.
• Use source control and established software-development lifecycle practices to manage changes.
• Support release management, deployment automation, monitoring, and incident response.
• Provide root-cause analysis and permanent corrective actions for recurring issues.
• Mentor other developers and support personnel on IdentityIQ and ISC development practices.
• Communicate technical issues and design decisions clearly to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Additional Required Qualifications
