What You Will Do

Lead the commissioning, startup, troubleshooting, and optimization of Building Automation Systems (BAS). Serve as a technical expert for complex HVAC controls, delivering high-quality service and providing customers with solutions that improve building performance, reliability, and efficiency.

How You Will Do It

  • Commission, program, and optimize BAS and HVAC control systems.
  • Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of controls, electrical, and mechanical issues.
  • Lead system testing, calibration, and validation activities.
  • Interpret plans, specifications, and sequences of operation.
  • Coordinate with customers, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians as required.
  • Identify system improvement opportunities and recommend upgrades or energy-saving solutions.
  • Prepare service documentation, as-built drawings, and customer reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company procedures.

What We Look For

HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $36.00-$45.00 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
