Overview

As The Senior HR Solutions Program Manager you will be responsible for leading and running the delivery of strategic HR programs across the organization. This role will lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and communication of complex and cross-functional projects that support the HR strategy and vision.

Main responsibilities will include:
  • Lead and be responsible for the delivery of HR technology projects, including scope, budget, schedule, quality, risk, and change management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and other project documentation to ensure timely and effective communication and decision making.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations to define project objectives, requirements, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, tasks, dependencies, and issues across multiple teams and functions.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, standards, policies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate project performance and benefits realization, provide feedback and recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with project expectations and goals.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and guidance to project team members and other program managers.
  • Drive the roadmap, innovation and continuous improvement in HR technology processes, tools, and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure alignment, integration, and adoption of HR technology solutions.
  • Manage a team of resources in multiple geographies.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, human resources, or related field required
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in HR technology or related domain required
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and cross-functional HR technology projects, validated by quantitative metrics, including end user feedback required
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices required
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and vendors required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure required
  • Experience with Workday highly desirable, candidates with experience in other HR technology such as Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms may also apply.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent, is preferred.
