OverviewAbout This Role:
We are seeking a Senior HR Generalist to serve as a versatile and hands-on member of the Human Resources team. This role will support all aspects of the employee lifecycle and act as a trusted resource to both employees and managers across the organization. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional who is equally comfortable supporting payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, HR systems, talent processes, and day-to-day HR operations.
Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
- Serve as a primary HR resource for employees and managers across a wide range of HR matters.
- Support payroll processes, audits, reporting, and coordination with internal and external partners.
- Manage benefits administration, employee enrollment, leaves of absence, and employee inquiries.
- Partner with managers to support employee relations matters, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Maintain and optimize HRIS data integrity, reporting, and employee records.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Support compensation, talent management, organizational planning, and special HR projects.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Develop and improve HR processes, policies, and employee communications.
- Provide administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources as business needs evolve.
Qualifications

- Possess 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
- Have experience supporting multiple areas of HR, including payroll, benefits, employee relations, and HR operations.

We Want You On Our Team Because You:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in a lean, high-growth organization.
- Strong HRIS experience, including reporting and process improvement.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.
- Experience supporting professional services, infrastructure, energy, finance, or investment organizations.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is $110,000-$140,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in New Jersey, Colorado, and California. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
