Job Summary

As a Generalist III, Human Resources, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to drive key HR priorities across the full employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, benefits, and compliance. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can balance business needs with sound judgment, empathy, and execution. You will help leaders make better people decisions, support employees through important moments that shape their experience, and strengthen the systems and processes that keep the organization moving forward. Essential Functions

  • Partner with HR leadership and site leaders to deliver core HR support across recruiting, employee relations, performance management, benefits, training, HRIS transactions, and employee communications.
  • Advise managers and employees on people-related matters, including performance, career development, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, diversity, harassment, discrimination, and corrective actions.
  • Support employee relations matters and workplace investigations with professionalism, sound judgment, and a strong focus on compliance and consistency.
  • Support the corporate HR team with key employee programs and processes, including benefits communication, open enrollment, leave administration, workers' compensation, and disability processes.
  • Drive recruiting and staffing efforts by supporting our recruiting team with needs analysis, and helping support a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate and timely employee data in HR systems and help generate required reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory needs.
  • Identify training and development needs and work with our L & D lead to coordinate solutions that build employee capability and organizational effectiveness.
  • Recommend process improvements, strengthen HR service delivery, and reinforce the mission, values, and culture of the organization.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a broad HR generalist role.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to coach leaders and employees through complex, sensitive, and sometimes emotional workplace situations with objectivity and professionalism.
  • Experience interpreting policies, applying sound judgment, and resolving issues in alignment with company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research information, assess situations, and make practical recommendations.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; experience working with HR systems and employee data required.


Preferred Qualifications / Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and government compliance requirements.
  • Experience supporting leaves of absence, workers' compensation, and disability programs.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms and systems such as Successfactors.
  • SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
  • Experience mentoring or helping develop junior HR team members.
