  • Mentor, train, and onboard new Human Resources Directors to ensure consistency with company policies.
  • Conduct personnel file audits and support regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Assist with employee relations investigations, performance management, and corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance on leave administration, payroll processes, and HR compliance.
  • Support union-related matters, including grievance preparation and contract interpretation.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Human Resources Director on special projects and regional initiatives.

Complete Care is seeking a Senior Human Resources Director - Field Support to join our Wisconsin Human Resources team. This unique multi-site role is ideal for an experienced Human Resources professional who enjoys supporting multiple facilities, mentoring HR leaders, and partnering with operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence across the region.

Reporting directly to the Regional Human Resources Director, the Senior HR Director serves as an extension of regional leadership by providing hands-on support to Human Resources teams throughout Wisconsin. This position is perfect for someone ready to take the next step beyond a facility-level HR Director or HR Manager while continuing to make a direct impact in the field.

What You'll Do
