Full Job Description
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the ongoing development, improvement, support, maintenance and configuration of our cloud-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This person works with business units across the enterprise, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and HR areas to ensure the HRIS meets the needs of the enterprise as efficiently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end user support for HRIS-specific issue resolution.
  • Provide analysis, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and migration of changes from demo to production for multiple functional areas of the HRIS.
  • Work with SMEs, business unit experts and other HR areas to develop, improve and configure business processes, security settings, basic and advanced report setups and final configurations to meet the HRIS need of the business and to improve employee experience.
  • Review and test vendor software updates. Review new features of software to support corporate strategy and align software to our needs.
  • Collaborate on small projects to implement HR cyclical/annual processes in the HRIS.
  • Implement new features of the HRIS software to meet changing business requirements.
  • Provide consulting and advice to the business related to strategy, management, and operations of the HRIS and other systems as needed to support improved employee experience.
  • Partner with IT staff on effects of configuration/data changes on IT databases and other IT-owned systems.
  • Create and maintain job aids specific to assist end users with self-service items in the system.
  • Train/mentor team members with less experience.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, business or related field or work experience.
  • 5+ years' work experience in HRIS(s). Workday experience preferred.
  • Proficient in a minimum of three of these HRIS functional areas: HCM (e.g., Staffing/Jobs/Organizations, Time off/Absence, Worker data, Onboarding), Benefits, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Payroll, Security, Integrations, Reporting.
  • Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas/information related to systems. Demonstrated experience in providing positive, proactive communications.
  • Strong familiarity with cloud-based software concepts and business process modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, concisely, logically, tactfully, and effectively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and customer care skills.
  • Experience with agile methodology in project management.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Advanced Excel preferred.

Base Salary Range:
$93,100.00 - $139,700.00
