Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with a focus on administration and workflow development
• Hands-on experience in managing EDI integrations between HRIS and benefit carriers
• Proven track record in conducting HRIS audits and implementing enhancements
• Direct experience with UKG Pro or UKG Ready systems
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong Excel and data management capabilities
• Experience in implementing or optimizing HRIS systems

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary system administrator for UKG, managing configurations, security roles, and user access
• Conduct audits of the current UKG implementation and create a roadmap for its optimization
• Develop automated workflows to streamline HR processes
• Manage all employee benefits plans and lead the annual Open Enrollment process
• Serve as the primary liaison for benefit carriers and third-party administrators
• Oversee EDI feeds between UKG and benefit carriers, ensuring compliance and accuracy
• Ensure compliance with various regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, and others
• Create HR reports, dashboards, and support regulatory reporting
• Train HR staff and end users on HRIS functionality and best practices
