Full Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY

KKR is seeking an experienced Senior HRIS Analyst to join our Global HRIS team. In this role, you will serve as the primary HR systems resource supporting the Americas, delivering operational excellence across our HR technology stack including Workday (HCM), ServiceNow (workflows and case management), and Greenhouse (ATS). You will partner closely with HR, Technology, and business partners globally, and play a critical role in supporting system enhancements, reporting, integrations, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires a self-starter who is comfortable working independently while contributing to a high performing global team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide primary HR systems support coverage during US business hours, including queue management, prioritization, incident ownership, and clear stakeholder updates.
  • Support HRIS operations across the HR tech stack, including system maintenance, configuration support, and incident resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in Workday across modules (for example Benefits, HCM, Absence).
  • Serve as a key support resource for Workday Benefits in the US time zone, including triage and resolution of Benefits cases, support for vendor file and integration issues, and partnership with HR Benefits and Payroll teams on testing and issue remediation.
  • Lead Benefits configuration for annual open enrollment and plan year changes, including, project management, configuration, validation, end to end test execution, and launch of the enrollment window.
  • Support ServiceNow workflows and case management processes, including intake, routing, status updates, and documentation.
  • Partner with HR and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into system configurations, workflow improvements, reporting, and process enhancements.
  • Support system enhancements, testing, and release activities, including regression testing and deployment communications as needed.
  • Support reporting needs by building or maintaining standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards in Workday, aligned to the agreed People Analytics operating model.
  • Triage and support integration related issues across Workday, ServiceNow, and Greenhouse (for example monitoring failures, initial troubleshooting, partnering with Technology for resolution, and validating outcomes).
  • Conduct data audits and governance activities to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance across HR platforms.
  • Partner with Change Management and Transformation to document processes, workflows, and procedures to support system adoption, consistent operations, and knowledge transfer.
  • Provide support to HR users and business partners on systems functionality and best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:
  • 5-7 years of Workday experience supporting a global organization
  • Hands-on Workday Benefits experience including open enrollment
  • Proficiency in HRIS configuration, security, and system maintenance
  • Proficiency in EIB file development and data validation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:
  • Experience with ServiceNow case management and workflows
  • Experience troubleshooting integrations
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS

This is the expected annual base salary range for this Boston-based position. Actual salaries may vary based on factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, based on factors such as individual and team performance.

Base Salary Range

$100,000-$140,000 USD
