About the RoleThe Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive configuration of Workday, focusing on Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules. This role exists to ensure seamless integration and functionality of Workday systems, contributing to the organization's efficiency and strategic HR initiatives. The successful candidate will play a critical role in translating complex business needs into actionable Workday configurations.
Key Responsibilities- Design and configure Workday business processes across Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Recruiting.
- Manage configuration for time-off, leave-of-absence plans, and benefits, ensuring seamless payroll integration.
- Lead configuration change-control processes, writing design specs, and maintaining documentation.
- Oversee bi-annual Workday releases, assessing feature impacts and managing regression testing.
- Perform EIB data loads for mass data changes and coordinate Workday security models.
- Design, build, and maintain Workday reports, ensuring data accuracy and compatibility for analytics.
- Conduct data quality audits and serve as a Tier 3 escalation point for complex support issues.
- Ensure compliance with US federal and state privacy requirements, supporting data retention and audit activities.
Minimum Requirements- 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including at least one full implementation or major module deployment.
- Proficiency in configuring Core HCM, Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking modules independently.
- Strong understanding of Workday business process frameworks and security models.
- Attention to data quality and accuracy, with excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in a global HR environment with US multi-state complexity.
- Advanced data skills, including proficiency in Excel/Sheets and Workday reporting.
- Experience with EIBs for mass data loads.

- Core business hours US ET; minimum 3 hrs overlap with offshore HRIS team required
