- Leverage people metrics and business insights to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Help leaders navigate business transitions, team realignment, and evolving organizational needs.
- Contribute to leadership development efforts and initiatives that strengthen talent across the organization.
- Champion continuous improvement by enhancing HR programs, practices, and cross-functional collaboration.
What We're Looking For- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in a senior HR leadership or business partnering capacity.
- Track record of influencing executives and building credibility across multiple business functions.
- Experience navigating complex workplace situations while balancing employee and business needs.
- Strong understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make practical recommendations.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Preferred Experience- Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Experience with organizational effectiveness, people analytics, or enterprise-wide HR initiatives.
